MoT Turkey Workshop on using FRAME Architecture Tool
In November 2020 the FRAME Maintainer Team did the first workshop on the use of the FRAME Architecture Tool with the Ministry of Transport of Turkey supported by the Worldbank.
Due to the actual pandemic situation the workshop was done via webmeetings with translators.
It was a totaly new setup regarding to the tratitional physical workshops, but we managed it very well and transfered the knowledge in a compact and usable way.
The topics of the workshops were:
WT1: Creation of base objects (stereotyping)
focus: how to create stereotype object and put it to toolbox (and update it)
WT2: Reporting and presentation
focus: how to use “paper” reports of the architecture (for presentation to users)
WT3: Working with EA in prototyping reference architecture
focus: working with architecture, creating it, folder structure = best practices, how to collaborate using git or internal baseline
WT4: Working with EA in collaboration
focus: working with architecture, how to collaborate using git or internal baseline
Many thanks to the MoT Turky for the attendence and the Worldbank for there support.
